Outcomes Over Hours

Building an IT Organization That Delivers What the Business Actually Values

For technology leaders who want to move their teams from activity to outcomes, Outcomes Over Hours presents a practical operating model built around clarity, ownership, visibility, cadence, and accountability.

The focus is on connecting IT priorities to business goals, making progress visible, and measuring the value the organization receives—not simply the hours people put in.

Written for CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and executives who depend on technology to deliver business results.
